Over the years, I’ve worked in medical settings, inpatient and residential treatment centers, and partial hospitalization programs, supporting people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Those experiences taught me that healing happens when you feel truly safe, seen, and supported. That’s what I strive to create in my work today — a space where women and couples can slow down, breathe, and begin to heal.
For Individuals: If you’re carrying the weight of grief, trauma, fertility struggles, body image concerns, or constant pressure to keep it all together, therapy can be a place to set it down for a moment. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting you with your voice, your strength, and the parts of yourself that may have felt lost along the way.
For Couples: Relationships can feel complex, especially when you’re building a family, facing fertility challenges, or communication breakdowns. I help partners find their way back to each other — learning to listen, rebuild trust, and create the closeness you both want, but haven’t been able to reach on your own.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes. My approach blends evidence-based tools like CBT, ACT, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy with warmth, curiosity, and honesty. My goal is to help you create real, lasting change — and a life and relationships that feel more connected, grounded, and true to you.
